Ian McKenzie
Chairman
A seasoned professional, Ian has a wealth of over 40 years of international experience in the telecommunications and broadcast industry which includes roles such as COO for Asia Pacific with British Telecom, Non-Executive Chairman at Multicom Security AB and GTS Central Europe, Non Executive Director of the UK-based Daisy Group plc. and Senior Advisor to GMT Communications Partners LLP.
Martin Lynch
Founder and Chief Executive
Martin founded Infinity seeking to bring an operational perspective to the needs of genuinely mission critical applications such as those for Financial Services and Government. Prior to establishing Infinity, Martin spent 18 years in the telecoms, technology and infrastructure sectors including heading the Global Access business at BT where he received the Chief Executive’s award for Business Turnaround.
John Thompson
Chief Financial Officer
John is a Chartered Accountant having trained with Deloitte where he worked for 14 years predominantly within the corporate finance arm with high growth businesses. After Deloitte, he has been CFO of a number of rapidly growing private equity backed businesses.
Stuart Sutton
Chief Operating Officer
Stuart has over 25 years experience in the global telecommunications industry including Executive roles in Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, Product Management and IT. Stuart has worked and lived in Europe, Asia and North America for BT, Concert, THUS, Telecom New Zealand and Cable & Wireless Worldwide where he served as CTO before joining Infinity
Nigel Stevens
CMO
Before joining Infinity, Nigel has had a number of executive roles in the telecommunications and videoconferencing industries. Most recently he was Chief Marketing Officer for Global Crossing and prior to that ran Cable & Wireless Worldwide’s Product and Marketing organization globally. He spent ten years in the USA and launched BT’s videoconferencing business in that region.

Olivier Hopkes
Non-executive Director
Prior to joining Rothschild Capital Partners Olivier was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan in London and MeesPierson in Amsterdam. He is currently a non-executive director of Agora Oil & Gas (oil exploration – Norway), Grafton Group Holdings (insurance – Guernsey), Coldharbour Marine (marine engineering – UK), and Helios Towers Africa (telecoms infrastructure – Mauritius).
Neil Mahapatra
Non-executive Director
As a senior member of RIT’s private equity team, Neil focuses on the sourcing and execution of PE investments in Europe and across the emerging markets. Neil is a UK national and holds a BA from Oxford University (a former President of the Oxford Union) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School (a Fulbright Scholar). Previously Neil was with Morgan Stanley and was rated as one of the City’s “30 under 30” people to watch.
Ashley Davis
Non-executive Director
Prior to joining Infinity, Ashley was Managing Director with JPMorgan Chase. Ashley has been responsible for the technology & infrastructure design of around one million square feet of Data Centre development. He gained experience in the mission critical financial services industry and has managed the Strategy & Architecture for a global Data Centre portfolio. Ashley is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IET and sits on numerous advisory boards and working groups within the Data Centre and Cloud Industry.
