Our standard design approach ensures compliance with the Uptime Institute’s Tier III guidance. Each customer is provided with dedicated plant from the transformer through to the PDU ensuring each clients data centre is totally unaffected by other client’s activity . The stringent SLA’s we provide cover planned, preventative and reactive maintenance. So, for example, should a generator, chiller or any plant item provided by Infinity within the M&E system require replacement, this would fall to Infinity’s cost and the replacement plant costs would not be passed to the client.

Infinity’s team of experienced in-house engineers lead the high level customer design process, joining with the best external professional teams in the industry to ensure that low level detailed designs are developed to transform the customer requirement into working drawings.
Our in house team consists of key individuals from the property, engineering design, project management and operations functions. This combined with the skills of MITIE our construction partner provides a “one stop shop” for delivery of the complete outsourced data centre solution.
